Sally Flareup

This is a digital drawing using Adobe Fresco. The main subject is a 1920s-style flapper, in her monochrome glory, dancing the night away as a volcano erupts in the distance in its blast of color. This piece showcases a few new techniques for me, such as using various tools to add the glow of the lava, as well as incorporating a more realistic flow. I wanted to keep certain elements of the design geared toward realism. This piece is a print, but also a one of one. Printed on RedRiver Metallic Luster paper, and framed to hang. All elements of this piece are had drawn and manipulated via the tools within the software. I use a Dell 7420 2 in 1 laptop and a Dell PN7522W active pen using Adobe Fresco for drawing.
